Why We Built This Site
Indiana permits access to many court records, yet each source serves a different purpose. MyCase displays selected public Odyssey data and a Chronological Case Summary. Susan Ray, the Union County Clerk, keeps the filed record and supplies official or certified copies. Union Circuit Court, the county's only court of record, sets hearings and enters orders. The site brings together verified search steps, case-number details, access limits, and Clerk contact information while keeping those roles clear.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to Union Circuit Court, the Union County Clerk, Indiana courts, or any government agency. Its role is limited:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
